Meet kait:
Kait believes yoga helps us to find a bit of magic in everything,
and that connecting to the body and breath in some way can make every day better.
Yoga is her North Star - a constant, a form of solace, a way back to herself
even in times of chaos. She completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification
at Yoga Culture in 2015 in hopes of helping others the way yoga has always helped her.
Kait’s classes are powerful and fun, with a focus on building strength while finding
space in the body and heart through movement and breath work.
She works in marketing by day, is a mama to one,
and a lover of learning, reading, traveling, and eating.

One thing I have always told myself is to never stop learning.
Teaching workshops has allowed me to learn new ways of breaking down my every day process
into smaller pieces and parts to give to all of you.
The classes are fun, oddly meditative, and just about anybody can do them!
If you have a space that you think is perfect to host a workshop in, whether
a retail store, art studio, brewery, or even your home,
lets get in touch and see what class would work best for you!
watercolor basics
A class for true beginners and open to all ages. We will go over various paint and paper types and which works best for certain projects, learn basic techniques in order to create washes and gradients on your page, and you will leave with all the supplies you need to create your own watercolor paintings at home.
calligraphy
In these courses, you will learn beginner techniques, What the materials are, how to use your pen, practice strokes, a bit of history, and the alphabet. This is a stepping stone for any creative who thinks they may want to dabble in calligraphy. If you say to yourself, "my handwriting is terrible," then that is great! Most artists have terrible handwriting! This is much more like drawing, and with these courses I have seen plenty of people who "don't have a creative bone in their body" leave the class fully capable of writing their name.
